About the role
The Quality System & Compliance Manager is responsible for implementing quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing, control, and distribution operations.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the Sandoz Quality Manual and policies, ensuring GxP and HSE compliance.
- Monitor Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) and report to leadership.
- Oversee deviation handling, CAPA implementation, and planned changes.
- Prepare for regulatory inspections, manage follow‑up, and communicate with Health Authorities.
- Ensure GXP training delivery and track country‑specific regulatory requirements.
- Handle complaints, manage recalls, and develop talent within the Quality unit.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and audit management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven people leadership, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Strong business acumen, decision‑making ability, and continuous learning mindset.
