Recruiter / Headhunter

About the role

LC Waikiki, a global fashion retailer with more than 1,200 stores in 59 countries, is looking for a recruiter with strong headhunting skills to join its HR team at the Istanbul headquarters. The role goes beyond sourcing: it involves driving talent strategy, building networks and acting as a trusted partner to business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes focused on attracting top talent in fashion retail
• Carry out proactive headhunting and run competency-based interviews
• Act as both a talent advisor and a brand ambassador, engaging candidates who will grow with the company globally
• Build long-term talent pipelines and map the market proactively
• Take part in overseas talent acquisition projects supporting the company's global expansion

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house); a headhunting background is a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of fashion retail sector trends and the talent market
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a collaborative, adaptable and curious mindset
