About the role
LC Waikiki is seeking a Recruiter with strong headhunting skills to join its HR team at the Istanbul headquarters. The role focuses on attracting top‑tier talent for the fashion retail business and supporting global expansion initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer.
- Proactively headhunt candidates and build long‑term talent pipelines.
- Conduct competency‑based interviews and act as a talent advisor.
- Represent the employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in‑house), headhunting background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fashion retail sector trends and talent market.
- Proficiency in competency‑based interviewing; assessment‑center experience a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
