Recruitment & Employer Branding Department Manager

About the role

Lead the Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Organisational Development agenda for MediaMarkt Turkey, aligning people initiatives with the company’s fast‑growing retail strategy across more than 100 stores.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality talent for headquarters and retail locations.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring an inclusive and consistent candidate experience.
• Develop and drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Lead organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and effectiveness projects in partnership with senior leaders.
• Implement continuous improvement and digitalisation of recruitment and branding processes using data analytics and AI tools.
• Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Manage budgets, resources and external partnerships for recruitment and branding.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience with strong expertise in talent acquisition and employer branding.
• Proven track record in organisational development, workforce planning and talent management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Knowledge of employer branding best practices and candidate experience design.
• Proficiency in HR digital tools, data analytics and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Leadership and people‑management capabilities.
