Regional Medical Manager – Rare Diseases (Adana/Gaziantep)

About the role

Trispera, a fast‑growing medical affairs and pharmaceutical distribution start‑up focused on rare diseases, is looking for a qualified Medical Doctor or Pharmacist to lead its regional medical affairs activities in the Adana and Gaziantep area. The role is field‑based, requiring regular on‑site interactions with healthcare professionals to build scientific partnerships and support the company’s rare‑disease portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HCPs, delivering consistent, high‑quality scientific communication.
• Provide up‑to‑date product and disease information to key opinion leaders and the broader medical community.
• Map patient journeys, diagnostic practices, and treatment pathways; develop peer‑to‑peer relationships.
• Organise and participate in medical meetings, advisory boards, and congress‑related activities.
• Develop and implement scientific communication strategies and support publication creation.
• Review medical communication tools, educational resources, and promotional materials for scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify educational gaps among HCPs and deliver non‑promotional scientific presentations.

Required profile

• MD or PharmB degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in rare‑disease therapeutic areas (preferred).
• Background in endocrinology, metabolism, oncology, or hematology (preferred).
• Experience in start‑up or fast‑paced environments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Based in Adana or Gaziantep; male candidates must have completed military service if applicable.
