Regional Medical Manager (Rare Diseases) – Istanbul

About the role

Trispera is seeking a qualified Medical Doctor or Pharmacist to lead its regional medical affairs for rare diseases in Istanbul. The Regional Medical Manager will act as the primary scientific liaison with healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate and timely communication of product and disease information.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for HCPs, conducting on‑site visits at least three days per week.
• Provide up‑to‑date scientific and product information to key opinion leaders and the broader medical community.
• Map patient journeys, diagnostic practices and treatment pathways, building peer‑to‑peer relationships.
• Organise and participate in medical meetings, advisory boards and congress‑related activities.
• Develop and implement scientific communication strategies and support publication creation.
• Review medical communication tools, educational resources and promotional materials for scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify educational gaps among HCPs and deliver non‑promotional scientific presentations.

Required profile

• MD or PharmB degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with at least 2 years in rare diseases.
• Background in endocrinology, metabolism, oncology or hematology is preferred.
• Experience in start‑up or fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Strong personal discipline, professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
• Ability to work within a matrix management model and flexible working hours.
• Based in Istanbul; male candidates must have completed military service if applicable.
