Regional Sales Supervisor

About the role

Join Çelik Motor as a Regional Sales Supervisor for the Vespa, Piaggio, Aprilia, and Moto Guzzi brands, supporting sales targets, market share growth, and sustainable business development across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic visits to authorized service centers to audit after‑sales operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify improvement areas, define action plans, and monitor implementation to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure monthly After‑Sales Service reports are submitted and follow up on processes.
• Monitor dealer spare‑parts inventory, analyze sales and stock data, and report findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Warranty, and other departments to resolve dealer and customer requests promptly.
• Support after‑sales service and spare‑parts sales and marketing activities.
• Track industry trends to identify opportunities for service operation improvements.
• Assist dealers and the IT department in developing and improving dealer management systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administrative Sciences, or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, regional management, or dealer network management within the motorcycle or automotive industry.
• Proven ability to set dealer sales targets, monitor performance, and develop action plans.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel and advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of dealer inventory management and product availability.
• Understanding of financial statements and financial reporting.
