Registered Nurse Expert

About the role

Turing, a fast‑growing AI company, is building frontier AI systems that support critical healthcare workflows. We are looking for experienced Registered Nurse Experts to create, evaluate, and refine nursing‑focused tasks that test AI model capabilities in patient assessment, care planning, and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic clinical scenarios, nursing vignettes and gold‑standard solutions for AI training and evaluation.
• Author detailed nursing tasks covering assessment, triage, care planning, patient education and interdisciplinary handoffs.
• Apply rubric standards and grading frameworks set by the functional SME lead.
• Incorporate calibration feedback, iterate on task designs, and ensure clinical accuracy under senior review.
• Verify that all deliverables adhere to evidence‑based nursing standards and maintain patient safety.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of direct bedside or clinical nursing experience, actively practiced within the last three years.
• Active RN licensure in the practicing jurisdiction; BSN preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clinical deliverables such as care plans, SOAP notes, discharge instructions, SBAR handoffs and assessment summaries.
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret vital signs, lab values and clinical symptoms.
• Excellent written communication for crafting realistic clinical prompts and evaluation rubrics.

Required skills

• Mastery of the nursing process (Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation).
• Patient triage, clinical deterioration identification, care coordination and interprofessional communication.
• Attention to detail for reviewing clinical scenarios and ensuring evidence‑based accuracy.
