About the role
We are seeking a Research and Development Intern to join our R&D department in Susurluk, Balıkesir. You will support packaging development, consumer‑driven innovation, and value engineering initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Stimulate the packaging development process with an open‑minded, consumer‑focused approach.
- Generate new ideas for packaging and value engineering, supporting BU innovation and R&D strategy.
- Ensure packaging techniques align with corporate goals, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain packaging optimization and validation programs, and run benchmark studies.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or fourth‑year student with a bachelor’s degree in food engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong teamwork, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficiency in English language.
