Reservation Agent

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and detail‑oriented Reservation Agent to join our hotel team within the Accor network. You will be the first point of contact for guests seeking reservations, providing personalized assistance and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to reservation enquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms.
• Guide guests in selecting rooms, packages and services that match their preferences.
• Accurately enter and maintain reservation data in the hotel’s booking system.
• Inform guests about current promotions, special packages and hotel amenities.
• Modify or cancel bookings as needed while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office and Sales teams to deliver seamless service.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints courteously and find effective solutions.
• Keep organized records of all customer interactions and bookings.
• Follow company policies regarding reservations, payments and data protection.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication with a friendly, empathetic demeanor.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Cultural sensitivity and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of luxury hospitality standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
