Reservation Supervisor

About the role

Aliée, a luxury lifestyle hotel in Tersane Istanbul, is looking for a Reservation Supervisor to lead its reservations team. You will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless booking experience from inquiry to arrival while supporting revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily reservation operations, ensuring accurate bookings, cancellations, amendments and inventory management across all channels.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Front Office, Sales and Guest Experience teams to maintain rate accuracy and optimize occupancy.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Train, coach and support reservation agents, monitoring compliance with SOPs and brand standards.
• Prepare and analyse reservation reports, occupancy forecasts and booking trends to aid commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of hotel reservation experience, preferably in a luxury or international brand.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leading experience in reservations or front office.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems, preferably OPERA.
• Familiarity with Central Reservation Systems (CRS) and online booking platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish.
