Residences Attendant – Housekeeping

About the role

The Residences Attendant – Housekeeping supports guests and hotel operations by maintaining clean, well‑stocked guest rooms and public areas. Working full‑time on site, you will ensure that each residence meets the high standards of service and presentation expected by Marriott International.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
• Prepare and transport housekeeping carts with supplies to assigned areas.
• Enter guest rooms following security procedures, verify vacancy, and replace amenities, linens, and towels.
• Make beds, fold towels, clean bathrooms, and remove trash and used linens.
• Inspect room appliances for presence and proper operation.
• Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls, furniture, and fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor‑care duties in rooms and hallways.
• Follow all company safety, security, and confidentiality policies; report maintenance issues and hazards.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance.
• Welcome guests courteously, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate clearly.
• Lift, push, and pull carts and equipment as required, adhering to safe handling guidelines.

Required profile

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• No prior housekeeping or related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
