Retail Distribution Sales Manager

About the role

The Distribution Sales Manager (Retail) will drive retail sales growth and achieve business targets across key retail accounts in Turkey. This role leads, develops, and motivates the Retail Sales team while building strong relationships with retail partners to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives in stores.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail sales plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with key retail customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share.
• Lead, coach, and develop Retail Sales team members to meet individual and team targets.
• Monitor sales performance by customer, product category, and channel, implementing actions to improve results.
• Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners and follow up on agreed action plans.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to support product launches, promotions, and in‑store activities.
• Ensure strong product availability, visibility, and execution at retail locations.
• Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Support annual business planning processes and contribute to company growth objectives.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail sales, key account management or commercial roles.
• Previous people‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer electronics channels.
• Experience with national retail chains and omnichannel sales environments (preferred).
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Professional communication and presentation abilities.
