Retail Training Manager

About the role

The Retail Training Manager leads the learning function for store‑based teams, ensuring that product knowledge and sales techniques are consistently delivered across the retail network. This role combines people management, curriculum design, and on‑site coaching to drive conversion and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of training instructors, schedule daily training activities and monitor performance metrics.
• Design, develop and deliver product and sales training programs for new product launches.
• Empower store promoters, sales teams and dealers to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
• Conduct on‑site coaching sessions, standardise retail execution and continuously improve training quality.
• Track training effectiveness, analyse results and iterate content based on evolving business needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of training experience in the mobile or consumer‑electronics industry, including team‑leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience with new‑product‑launch training and retail sales enablement.
• Strong ability to design courses, deliver on‑site coaching and communicate across multiple teams.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on solving terminal‑sales pain points.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.
