Revenue Growth Manager – Beverage

About the role

The Revenue Growth Manager – Beverage will lead the strategic approach that maximises revenue and delivers sustainable growth for PepsiCo’s Turkey Beverage Category. You will design and own the 3‑5‑year Pack Price Architecture, leveraging data analytics and consumer insights to drive top‑line performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design the Beverage Net Revenue Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in Pack Price Architecture, collaborating with category, commercial and finance teams.
• Define the 3‑5‑year Pack Price Architecture strategy, including price tiering, geography, channel and segment differentiation.
• Support ongoing revenue realisation activities to increase Net Rev/Kg while protecting market share.
• Partner with Marketing to set optimal pack pricing for new product launches.
• Lead the Bimonthly Revenue Council, presenting performance reviews to senior commercial and finance leaders.
• Conduct deep‑dives on performance issues and drive corrective actions in partnership with RGM capability teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of CPG experience with at least 3 years in Revenue Management covering pack, price, promotions, trade terms and mix.
• Strong analytical expertise, financial/P&L competency and experience with consumer research techniques.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable storylines and plans.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Self‑starter who can drive progress in ambiguous environments and lead large‑scale change.
