Rollout Manager – Telecommunications Projects

About the role

An experienced, results-driven Rollout Manager is sought to oversee telecommunications rollout and engineering implementation activities in Turkey. The role covers rollout planning, resource management, engineering quality, partner coordination and project delivery, working with internal teams, subcontractors and customers so that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to technical, quality, safety and acceptance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support project bidding with rollout solutions, implementation plans, resource strategies and cost estimates.
• Work with the Outsourcing Manager to build and maintain a network of local rollout and engineering partners.
• Manage engineering implementation resources and coordinate subcontractors and partners.
• Review engineering designs and technical documentation for compliance before implementation.
• Oversee engineering materials, documentation, quality standards and EHS requirements.
• Resolve rollout challenges, customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor end-to-end rollout delivery and support the Project Director in meeting financial targets.
• Report progress, quality, costs, risks and issues to project management and customers.
• Maintain relationships with customers, regional stakeholders and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in telecommunications projects.
• Experience in rollout, field implementation and engineering management in Turkey strongly preferred; experience with Türk Telekom, Turkcell or Vodafone is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of telecom products, technologies and solutions, and familiarity with local design, material standards, technical specifications and acceptance procedures.
• Fluent Turkish and English, with excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle multiple projects and priorities, and willing to travel within Turkey and hold a valid driver's licence.
• Currently living in Ankara or able to work there.
