Sales Controller, On Premise

About the role

The On Premise Sales Controller will manage forecasting, planning and month‑end closing activities for Net Sales Value in on‑premise channels, ensuring alignment with Group Controlling Guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Own on‑premise channel NSV, translate commercial strategy into budgets and forecasts.
• Build and maintain driver‑based models for volume, price/mix, NSV and trade spend.
• Design and automate channel reporting, including sales, depletions and profitability analyses.
• Lead month‑end close, perform accruals and variance analysis.
• Evaluate contracts with key accounts, support negotiations with financial models.
• Maintain data integrity in CPM, reconcile SAP/BI/CPM systems and ensure master data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in controlling, preferably sales/commercial controlling or FP&A.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (BI).
• Knowledge of CPM (Customer Profitability Management) systems.
