Sales Executive – GK Region (Ankara)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for the GK region based in Ankara. You will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and ensure the successful execution of product and promotional activities within the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets for assigned customers and categories.
• Implement sales policies, including product selection, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Maintain and expand product listings, launch new items, and monitor distribution and exposure agreements.
• Track warehouse and store stock levels, coordinating actions with business units to ensure availability.
• Provide accurate production forecasts for regularly sold products.
• Communicate price updates to customers and manage transition relationships.
• Monitor and reduce product return rates.
• Collaborate with category, marketing, procurement, and other internal teams.
• Validate commercial invoices according to payment schedules.
• Analyze portfolio performance, market dynamics, and competitor activity, producing weekly and monthly reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales, key‑account, or channel‑management experience in FMCG companies.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in activity/campaign and product management.
• Understanding of budget analysis, P&L, and ROI.
• Strong analytical abilities for market and competitor insights.
• Result‑oriented with strategic thinking capabilities.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
