Sales Specialist – HR Tech & Payroll Solutions

About the role

Datassist is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to expand its footprint in the Turkish HR‑Tech and payroll market. You will drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and act as a trusted advisor for HR and finance leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, social selling and networking.
• Manage the sales process from discovery meetings to product demos, proposal preparation, follow‑ups and contract negotiations.
• Deliver consultative selling by understanding client challenges and recommending suitable payroll and HR budgeting solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility in HubSpot CRM.
• Build and nurture relationships with HR managers, directors, CFOs and other decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS, HR‑Tech or financial services.
• Hunter mindset with comfort in cold calling and initiating conversations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical thinking to track pipeline performance and improve results.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
• Salesforce familiarity.
