Sales Specialist – Networking Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our networking solutions team in Istanbul. You will promote Teltonika’s industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment to B2B customers and develop your technical sales expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B customers in the Turkish market.
• Schedule and deliver meetings and product presentations.
• Conduct regular cold‑calls and on‑site customer visits.
• Record all sales activities in the company CRM and keep account information up‑to‑date.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Required profile

• Native Turkish speaker with strong spoken and written English.
• Organised, results‑driven and motivated by challenges.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical B2B sales.
• Eager to learn new networking products and technologies.
• Previous experience selling networking solutions is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of routers, switches, gateways and modems.
• Experience using a CRM system to track sales activities.
• Familiarity with IoT and industrial connectivity concepts.
