Sales Specialist – Telematics (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our telematics business unit in Istanbul. You will promote Teltonika’s GPS tracking and fleet‑management solutions to B2B customers across logistics, agriculture, car‑sharing, construction and related sectors, developing your technical sales expertise in a fast‑growing IoT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B customers in the Turkish market.
• Schedule and deliver presentations and product demos to potential clients.
• Conduct regular cold‑calls and on‑site visits to build relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company CRM.
• Manage a robust pipeline from initial contact through to closing.
• Develop long‑term partnerships with prospects and existing customers.

Required profile

• Native Turkish speaker with strong written and spoken English.
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B or technical sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines and close deals.
• Result‑oriented, proactive mindset with high motivation for sales.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
