Sales Supervisor – Health Tourism

About the role

ALIADENT Oral and Dental Health Polyclinics is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead its international patient sales team in Istanbul. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, supporting the team in closing high‑value cases, and ensuring a seamless patient journey from lead to treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the international sales team to achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
• Follow up on patient leads, ensure effective lead management, and maintain high‑quality patient communication.
• Assist the team in closing challenging or high‑value cases and coach sales representatives to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with patient relations, treatment planning, and operational teams to streamline processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in health tourism, international patient sales, dental tourism, or a dental clinic environment.
• Proven experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar sales management role.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Experience managing sales targets, KPIs and team performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and take corrective action.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Result‑oriented, organised and comfortable in a target‑driven environment.
