Sales Support Assistant – Fertility Solutions (Temporary)

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Sales Support Assistant for its Fertility Solutions business in Turkey. Based in Istanbul, this temporary (6‑12 month) position supports the local commercial team in coordinating sales administration, reporting and operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal sales support activities, including pricing, discounts, customer data and sales processes with relevant stakeholders.
• Retrieve and analyse sales data from the local ERP system and corporate Power BI, ensuring CRM accuracy.
• Manage public tenders, customer account setup, product sampling processes and follow‑up.
• Organise congresses, training events, marketing activities and related follow‑up.
• Provide operational support for office facilities, branding and coordination of commercial meetings.

Required profile

• MSc or bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare (preferred but not required).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales support role within an international subsidiary in Turkey, preferably in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
• Experience with public contracts is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and effective stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using Power BI for data analysis.
• CRM management skills.
