SAP HCM Consultant (Time Management, Org. Management & Personnel Admin)

About the role

A partner company is looking for an SAP HCM Consultant based in Turkey, working fully remotely. The consultant optimizes and supports SAP Human Capital Management solutions, focusing on Time Management (TM), Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA), and works with business stakeholders to turn HR process needs into system configurations. The role covers implementation, support and upgrade work.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and support SAP HCM modules TM, OM and PA, keeping system performance aligned with business needs.
• Analyze business processes and stakeholder needs to recommend, design and implement SAP HCM solutions and enhancements.
• Manage employee master data, organizational structures and personnel administration actions.
• Configure Time Management functions such as work schedules, absence and attendance management and quota processing.
• Support payroll-related integrations between SAP HCM PA and TM.
• Gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation and support materials.
• Test systems, troubleshoot errors and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Work with technical teams on custom developments and integrations with other HR platforms.
• Contribute to implementation, support and upgrade projects.

Required profile

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM, especially TM, OM and PA.
• Experience supporting SAP HCM implementations, operations, enhancements or upgrades.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and turn them into functional solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative approach.

Required skills

• SAP HCM configuration, including Time Management, absence and attendance management and quota processing.
• Understanding of personnel administration actions, employee master data and organizational structures.
• Understanding of payroll-related processes and integrations; SAP Payroll integration familiarity is highly desirable.
• Experience integrating SAP HCM with SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
