About the role

Bershka is looking for a Second Store Manager in Istanbul to lead the store, drive sales, and uphold the brand’s image. You will work closely with the regional team to achieve store objectives and support the entire team.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and improve sales performance and productivity
Oversee all operational and administrative tasks
Motivate, encourage and inspire your team
Analyze data to create the best strategy for your store
Act as an ambassador for the company’s sustainability strategy

Required profile

Strong leadership skills
Retail experience in line with company standards
