Senior Account Manager

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager at AVEVA, you will expand strategic existing accounts and acquire new customers in the highly competitive industrial software market. You will build trusted C‑level relationships, uncover critical business needs and translate them into value‑driven software solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Identify, qualify and win new logo opportunities through proactive prospecting and targeted account planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives and key influencers across customer organisations.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle – from discovery and value positioning to proposals, negotiation and closing – in partnership with pre‑sales, marketing and partner teams.
• Develop and execute a territory plan with accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene and clear prioritisation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of successful B2B industrial software sales experience with enterprise/strategic accounts.
• Proven track record of growing existing accounts (upsell/cross‑sell) while consistently winning new logos.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C‑level stakeholders and sell on business value/ROI.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Experience in two or more industry verticals such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, EPC, Engineering, Mining, Power & Utilities, Pharma, etc.
