Senior Agentic AI Engineer

About the role

Define, drive, and govern the technical strategy for enterprise Agentic AI platforms, ensuring scalable, secure and business‑aligned AI capabilities across ING Hubs Türkiye.

Key responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI and Agentic AI architecture vision, standards and roadmap.
• Design and evolve AI platforms, multi‑agent systems and best practices for LLMs, RAG and agent orchestration.
• Provide senior technical leadership, mentor engineers and guide solution design.
• Define cloud and platform strategies for AI workloads, drive automation, DevOps and cost‑efficiency.
• Establish Responsible AI, security, privacy and compliance standards and governance.
• Partner with senior leaders to align AI strategy with business objectives and communicate technical concepts to executives.

Required profile

• 6+ years of software engineering and architecture experience, with enterprise‑scale distributed systems.
• Proven track record delivering production AI and Agentic AI platforms.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and leading technical transformation initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Expert‑level Python development.
• Distributed systems, event‑driven architectures and reliability engineering.
• LLM applications, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, multi‑agent systems.
• Frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI or AutoGen.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, containerization, IaC and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability and optimization.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, security, privacy and compliance.
