Senior Associate Lawyer – Corporate & M&A (Hybrid)

About the role

Postacıoğlu Law Firm is looking for a Senior Associate to strengthen its Corporate Department in Istanbul. The role involves advising both domestic and international clients on corporate matters, M&A transactions, and commercial contracts in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day corporate advisory for a diverse client base.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including M&A documentation.
• Provide corporate governance advice and support strategic legal risk assessments.
• Contribute to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contract projects.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior colleagues on client‑facing deliverables.

Required profile

• Law degree from a reputable university; LL.M. or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of corporate legal experience in a reputable law firm or multinational corporation.
• Professional proficiency in French and strong command of English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
