Senior Business Applications Engineer - Dynamics 365

About the role

SESTEK, an R&D centre of Unifonic developing AI-powered conversational solutions, is looking for a Senior Business Applications Engineer with 5-6 years of experience. The role owns the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) platform end to end, administers and develops the system, builds integrations, takes responsibility for the Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and leads enterprise software initiatives from requirements gathering and vendor evaluation to implementation after purchase. It is a hands-on role with hybrid working, based in Istanbul or Ankara.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales / Customer Service)
• Customize entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows and Power Automate flows, and build plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript and PCF components
• Manage security roles, business units, teams and user access, and handle solution management, deployments and releases
• Act as main contact for business users, prioritizing requests and delivering improvements
• Build integrations with ERP, telephony, marketing and finance systems using Dataverse Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus or similar
• Run data migration, quality and synchronization, and monitor integrations to resolve failures
• Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant and Microsoft Entra ID, manage Azure subscriptions, and support Power Platform governance
• Gather and document requirements, compare products, run PoCs, support purchasing and lead implementations after purchase
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records and integration maps, and follow Microsoft release updates

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
• 5-6 years of professional experience, at least 4 years hands-on with Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM
• Strong Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, solid knowledge of the Dataverse data model
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently, solve problems analytically and explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues

• C# / .NET (plugins, custom workflow activities) and JavaScript
• REST/SOAP APIs, Dataverse Web API, JSON/XML
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID administration
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Service, Key Vault, Storage; good SQL
• Nice to have: application security, networking basics, Azure DevOps / GitHub, CI/CD, Power BI, Microsoft certifications, Agile, project management
