Senior Corporate Communication Specialist

About the role

Fraport TAV Antalya is seeking a Senior Corporate Communication Specialist to lead the development and execution of its corporate identity and communication strategy across all channels. The role will support brand strengthening, reputation management, and employer branding while ensuring consistent messaging throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously develop the corporate identity across print, digital, and physical channels.
• Design and execute communication strategies that enhance brand reputation and employer branding.
• Create annual communication plans aligned with corporate objectives and oversee integrated initiatives.
• Lead corporate, digital, and event communication activities supporting strategic goals.
• Prepare press releases, corporate announcements, and coordinate media communications with senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, government authorities, tourism organizations, and other external stakeholders.
• Manage social media strategy through external agencies, ensuring brand consistency and performance monitoring.
• Plan, manage, and report on sponsorships, corporate events, and brand visibility projects.
• Coordinate production of promotional materials, ensuring quality, brand alignment, and budget compliance.
• Support internal communication initiatives to boost employee engagement and corporate culture.
• Assist in crisis communication coordination under senior management direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate communication, brand management, and media relations.
• Strong ability to develop and implement communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
