Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to lead the development and implementation of security policies across the organization. The role involves monitoring incidents, conducting assessments, and driving security awareness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, implement and improve central cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Monitor, analyse and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
• Conduct regular security assessments of IT infrastructure and enhance security levels.
• Plan, perform or coordinate penetration tests with third‑party providers.
• Evaluate network security, segmentation and firewall configurations.
• Document and manage security processes and controls sustainably.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar cybersecurity role.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and process management skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and capable of leading own processes.
• Good command of English.

• Microsoft systems and security technologies.
• Networking, network architecture and network segmentation.
• Firewall technologies and security policies.
• Cyber incident management and security operations.
• Penetration testing and security audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 information security standard.
