Senior DevOps Engineer – Offer Engineering

About the role

Amadeus is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Offer Engineering team within Airline IT Offer Engineering. The role will be based in Istanbul and will focus on automating builds, deployments and ensuring reliable, secure and scalable processes for the Airline Distribution Solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Manage container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and package management with Helm.
• Develop and maintain scripts in Shell and Python to streamline operational tasks.
• Integrate monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Splunk) and enforce security standards using SonarQube and Black Duck.
• Collaborate with development teams on backend services built with Java, Maven and Spring.
• Support release management using Argo CD and Argo Rollouts.

Required profile

• Approximately 8 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying up‑to‑date with emerging technologies.
