Senior Director, TradeMark Category (Turkey)

About the role

The Senior Director will own the Coca‑Cola TradeMark (CCTM) agenda in Turkey, driving growth through innovative, data‑enabled marketing and integrated flywheel execution. Reporting to the EME OU Marketing leadership, this role combines strategic vision with hands‑on operational responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the CCTM Annual Business Plan (ABP) for Turkey, ensuring superior ROI and market performance.
• Influence OU‑wide long‑range plans and global programs related to the CCTM portfolio.
• Lead frontier marketing initiatives, innovation pipelines, and integrated flywheel activities across channels.
• Maintain full P&L accountability for the CCTM category in Turkey.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team of direct reports and extended network marketers.
• Drive cross‑functional, cross‑geographical projects that leverage digital and data insights.
• Collaborate with creative, insight, and brand teams to deliver end‑to‑end marketing solutions.

Required profile

• 12+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, including insight & analytics, brand strategy, and innovation.
• Proven track record of managing complex, scaled marketing programs with P&L ownership.
• Experience across all marketing disciplines – creative strategy, design, category positioning, and growth strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional, cross‑geographical teams and projects.
• Hands‑on experience with digital and data‑driven marketing approaches.
• Frontline marketing experience (e.g., Frontline Marketing).
• Strong commercial acumen; revenue growth management (RGM) experience is a plus.
• Growth‑mindset, analytical thinking, and servant‑leadership orientation.
