Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist

About the role

Duracell is seeking an experienced Finance professional to join its Finance team in Istanbul. The Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist will work across commercial finance, financial planning, and legal entity compliance, partnering with Sales, Marketing and other cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Trade Fund Management, create accruals, and financially qualify product launches and expansions.
• Analyze customer profitability, pricing adherence, and promotional ROI; develop and maintain analytical tools.
• Own month‑end closing, including accruals, GL re‑classifications, variance analysis and preparation of reporting packages (sales, overheads, marketing).
• Co‑lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, challenge inputs, and load data into Oracle PBCS.
• Maintain price master data, customer hierarchies and support statutory reporting.
• Shared responsibility for Turkey legal entity compliance, tax filings, local banking operations and cash‑flow analysis.

Required profile

• 6‑7 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in a fast‑moving FMCG environment.
• Analytical mindset, hands‑on approach and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, supply chain and finance teams.
