Senior Finance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Specialist to join a well‑established livestock feed company. The role focuses on maintaining financial health, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business objectives, supporting growth and investment decisions.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, financing activities, banking relationships, and working‑capital management.
• Support cost accounting and manufacturing finance processes, including standard costing, profitability assessments, and pricing support.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, KPIs, and analyses.
• Manage accounting, tax, and statutory compliance, identifying tax optimization and incentive opportunities.
• Maintain internal control, risk management, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Lead relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 6‑8 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit or financial advisory.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, IFRS certification are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Turkish Accounting Standards (TMS) and Tax Procedures Law (VUK).
• Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, food production or FMCG industries.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsis, Logo or similar).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
