Senior Hardware Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to lead the development of high‑density, multi‑layer PCBs and related hardware for large‑scale system deployments. The role combines circuit design, layout, testing, and support for both prototype and production phases.

Key responsibilities

• Write requirements, specifications, and verification tests for system hardware.
• Design, test, debug, repair, and modify digital and analog high‑density multi‑layer PCBs and modules.
• Perform component research, selection, placement, routing, and release documentation.
• Conduct PCB and system‑level testing using diagnostic software and lab equipment.
• Maintain prototype records in tracking software and support manufacturing testing and debug.
• Provide circuit board fabrication support and manage related processes.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of board design experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self‑motivation, and ability to work remotely and independently.
• Willingness to take ownership of critical design issues and multitask across projects.

Required skills

• Mentor PADS, Altium Designer, LTSpice.
• HDI methodologies, layer stack‑ups, blind/buried vias, via‑in‑pad.
• High‑speed interface design and signal integrity analysis.
• Analog signal conditioning, ADC/DAC design.
• Ethernet and PCIe gen2/3/4 design, probing, and debugging.
• FPGA‑based system development, large‑pin‑count FPGA SOC, DDR3/4 interfaces.
• Schematic reading and component datasheet interpretation.
• PCB fabrication and electronics manufacturing processes.
• Lab equipment operation: oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer.
