Senior Hardware Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to lead the development of high‑density multi‑layer PCBs and hardware modules for large‑scale system deployments. The role involves end‑to‑end design, testing, and support of prototypes through production.

Key responsibilities

• Write requirements, specifications, and verification tests for system hardware.
• Design, test, debug, repair, and modify digital and analog high‑density multi‑layer PCBs.
• Perform component research, selection, placement, routing, and release documentation.
• Conduct PCB and system‑level testing using diagnostic software and tracking tools.
• Support manufacturing testing, debug efforts, and PCB fabrication management.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of board design experience with HDI methodologies.
• Experience in high‑speed interfaces, signal integrity, and analog signal conditioning (ADC/DAC).
• Familiarity with Ethernet, PCIe gen2/3/4, and FPGA‑based systems (large pin‑count FPGA SOC, DDR3/4).
• Ability to read schematics, component datasheets, and work with lab equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer).

Required skills

• Mentor PADS, Altium Designer, LTSpice.
• HDI layout techniques (layer stack‑ups, blind/buried vias, via‑in‑pad).
• High‑speed interface design and signal integrity analysis.
• Analog signal conditioning circuit design.
• Ethernet and PCIe (gen2/3/4) design, probing, and debugging.
• FPGA development, large pin‑count SOC, DDR3/4 memory interfaces.
