Senior PR & Communications Specialist

About the role

CYBEX is seeking a Senior PR & Communications Specialist to lead its public relations, influencer and VIP engagement activities in Turkey. You will shape local strategies that align with the brand’s global objectives and elevate its presence across fashion, lifestyle and design sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR, influencer and VIP engagement strategies for the Turkish market.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, talent, agencies and key industry partners.
• Manage influencer and VIP collaborations, including outreach, negotiations, contracts, briefings, deliverables and budget tracking.
• Coordinate product‑seeding, gifting initiatives and online influencer campaigns.
• Support planning and execution of PR events, product launches, media gatherings and community activations.
• Identify partnership opportunities for events, product placements and brand collaborations.
• Serve as the main contact for local PR agencies, media partners and influencers, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Create and adapt PR materials, media kits, press releases and campaign toolkits for the Turkish market.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Fashion Management, Media Studies or a comparable field.
• Professional experience within luxury lifestyle, design or interior brands.
• Strong background in PR, influencer marketing or brand communications.
• Extensive international network of media contacts, key opinion leaders, agencies and influencers.
• Proven success managing influencer partnerships, VIP activations and talent collaborations.
• Confidence using influencer platforms, analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English.
