Senior Product Designer

About the role

TikTak, Turkey’s fast‑growing car‑rental and sharing platform, is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape mobile‑first experiences that help urban residents move freely across the city.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design process from discovery to launch for assigned product areas.
• Define problems by evaluating user needs, business goals, product data, and technical constraints.
• Explore opportunities, develop solution proposals and back design decisions with research and data.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Growth and CX teams to set priorities.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI, including micro‑interactions and motion for mobile.
• Guide the implementation of designs with developers to ensure quality in the live product.
• Contribute to the evolution of TikTak’s Design System and maintain consistency across the suite.
• Participate in design critiques and help foster a strong design culture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design, especially mobile‑first applications.
• Proven track record of independently owning a product or problem area from discovery through delivery.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives and technical constraints.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto‑layout and prototyping.
