Senior Product Designer

About the role

Senior Product Designers at Pointr shape mobile user journeys, turning complex requirements into seamless, intuitive experiences. You will own end‑to‑end design of mobile features across iOS and Android, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end UX/UI design of mobile app features, from discovery to final implementation.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Maintain and evolve the mobile design system, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Prepare developer‑ready specifications, review builds, and conduct QA on implemented designs.
• Leverage user feedback, analytics, and usability testing to continuously improve key app journeys.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven UX/UI or product design experience focused on mobile apps (iOS & Android).
• Robust portfolio showcasing shipped mobile products and contributions to design systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and comprehensive developer handoff processes.
• Strong user empathy, structured thinking, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication and proven collaboration with product managers and engineers.
