Senior Product Engineer – RF

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to lead RF/microwave product development for communications, test & measurement, industrial, aerospace and defense applications. You will guide complex component initiatives, qualification efforts and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analysis and testing to verify product performance and reliability, including µWave/mmWave measurement techniques.
• Lead system design, development and launch of new RF products from concept to production.
• Design and develop test hardware, create test plans, datasheets and user guides.
• Manage qualification efforts for multiple product lines and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of analog RF and microwave electronics, materials and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• µWave/mmWave measurement techniques and test equipment.
• CAD software for PCB layout (Cadence Allegro) and other engineering tools.
• Statistical methods and data analysis tools.
• Programming/scripting: C, Python, LabVIEW (preferred).
• RF engineering principles, RF circuits and systems.
