Senior RPA Developer (UiPath & Intelligent Automation)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer with deep expertise in UiPath and Intelligent Automation to work on complex automation projects for one of our clients. The ideal candidate is growth‑oriented, passionate about technology, and enjoys turning innovative ideas into robust automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Action Center.
• Integrate UiPath AI Center and Document Understanding to automate unstructured data processing and manage Human‑in‑the‑Loop tasks.
• Maintain and optimise the Orchestrator environment, including asset management, credential security, and modern folder structures.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts for feasibility studies and conduct technical deep‑dives on automation candidates.
• Lead code reviews for mid‑level developers and establish best‑practice standards for the automation Centre of Excellence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center).
• Proven experience deploying ML models via AI Center and building Document Understanding pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in C# or VB.NET for custom activities and Python for script integration.
• Expert knowledge of SQL Server (stored procedures, views) and experience with RESTful API consumption and creation.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
