Senior Site Activation Specialist & Contract Negotiator

About the role

IQVIA is seeking two professionals in Turkey to support country‑level site activation and contract activities for clinical trials. The Senior Site Activation Specialist will lead complex start‑up projects, while the Contract Negotiator will manage clinical trial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Support site activation, start‑up, and clinical trial agreement processes at the country level.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact for investigative sites, Site Activation Managers, and Project Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform feasibility assessments, site identification, and activation activities.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project teams.

Required profile

• BSc in Life Sciences (or related) with at least 3 years of clinical trial submission experience, preferably in a CRO environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law with at least 3 years of experience in clinical trial contracts for the Contract Negotiator role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Clinical trial submission processes, including Ministry of Health and Ethics Committee applications.
• Experience with CRO operations and multi‑sponsor studies.
• Contract negotiation and legal knowledge related to clinical trials.
