Senior Site Identification & Feasibility Specialist

About the role

IQVIA’s Global Site Activation Team is seeking a Senior Site Identification & Feasibility Specialist to manage feasibility and site identification activities for regional and country clinical trial projects. The role ensures appropriate investigator selection and supports study timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned opportunities, projects, and programs, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Collect, analyze, and report feasibility and site identification data to meet study schedules.
• Distribute, track, negotiate, and review Confidential Disclosure Agreements and site questionnaires.
• Maintain investigator database quality, ensuring completeness and avoiding duplicate entries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience in feasibility and/or site identification.
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Knowledge of functional and regulatory requirements, including local regulations, SOPs, and ICH guidelines.
• Proficiency in using site qualification questionnaires and feasibility tools.
