Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Digital Marketing to plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns, manage our LinkedIn and Instagram channels, and support lead‑generation initiatives for our global software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads and other channels to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage and publish content on corporate LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, tracking performance against marketing objectives.
• Oversee paid advertising on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring efficient budget use and performance improvement.
• Support SEO strategy implementation, improve website visibility and optimise landing‑page content.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign metrics, traffic, engagement and lead generation, providing actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management and online campaign execution, preferably in B2B technology.
• Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance and optimise results.
• Highly motivated, creative and data‑driven individual capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
