Senior System Specialist

About the role

Join the IT team of Turkey's largest fitness community, supporting the MAC/One, MACFit, MAC Studio and NuSpa brands. You will help build and maintain a reliable, secure and scalable technology infrastructure for the headquarters in Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, patch and manage the lifecycle of Windows and Linux servers.
• Administer Active Directory, Red Hat IDM, DNS and DHCP services.
• Support and monitor the virtualization environment (VMware vSphere/vCenter or Nutanix AHV).
• Manage backup, disaster recovery processes and conduct regular restore tests.
• Monitor system health and performance using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana or PRTG.
• Provide technical support for firewalls, SSL/TLS certificates, WAF and load balancers.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation and audit requirements (ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS).
• Maintain accurate system inventories, documentation and runbooks, and participate in on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of systems administration experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu).
• Knowledge of Active Directory or Red Hat IDM.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/vCenter or Nutanix AHV).
• Familiarity with backup solutions (Veeam preferred) and monitoring tools.
