Senior Technical Interior Architect – Advanced AutoCAD, XREF & LISP (Remote)

About the role

René Intérieur is expanding its technical design team for large‑scale international hospitality projects. We are seeking a senior‑level Technical Interior Architect who will lead the creation and coordination of high‑quality construction documentation using AutoCAD.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and coordinate detailed interior construction drawings, shop drawings and interior packages for hotel, hospitality and residential projects.
• Manage large and complex CAD files, including XREF workflows, block libraries, dynamic blocks, attributes and layer structures.
• Produce plans, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, sections and detailed joinery/furniture details.
• Coordinate interior drawings with MEP and other disciplines, ensuring accurate revisions and drawing management.
• Maintain drawing organization, layout setups, viewports, CTB plotting and sheet preparation under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in technical interior architecture on large‑scale hotel or similar projects.
• Senior‑level expertise with a strong eye for detail and ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Expert‑level AutoCAD proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of XREF coordination and CAD file management.
• Strong command of blocks, dynamic blocks, attributes and layer management.
• Practical experience with AutoLISP/LISP and AutoCAD automation tools.
• Competence in layout, viewport, CTB plotting and drawing/sheet organization.
