Senior Web Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Web Application Developer to build, maintain, and scale the web versions of our consumer‑facing AI‑driven mobile products. You will translate existing mobile experiences into fast, mobile‑first, responsive web applications and work directly with founders on product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web applications using React and Next.js, selecting SPA, SSG, or SSR as needed.
• Write clean, type‑safe TypeScript code and apply functional and asynchronous programming best practices.
• Manage state and data fetching with Redux, Redux Toolkit, and RTK Query.
• Implement secure authentication flows with Firebase Auth, including token handling and social login.
• Build features on top of Firebase services such as Firestore, Realtime Database, and Remote Config.
• Create responsive, mobile‑first UI using Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, or modular SCSS.
• Integrate REST APIs, handle JSON data, and design robust loading, error, and offline states.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, reduce bundle size, and apply lazy‑loading and caching strategies.
• Monitor production health with Sentry and translate insights into improvements.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployments on Vercel.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience building web applications.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on code quality, performance, and user experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, small‑team environment with direct interaction with founders.
• Passion for AI‑first products and willingness to collaborate with AI coding agents.
