About the role

Viessmann is seeking a Service Technician specialized in heating systems to join its Merter branch in Istanbul. The role involves delivering maintenance, repair, and commissioning services for assigned product groups while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and commissioning activities for the designated heating system product line.
• Receive technical service orders from supervisors, complete the work, and fill out service reports accurately.
• Maintain a fully stocked vehicle depot, monitor minimum stock levels, and generate material requisitions as needed.
• Prepare regular service reports and document all activities.
• Provide professional, effective solutions to customer requests, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Graduate of a technical vocational school.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar heating‑system service role.
• Resident of Istanbul.
• Customer‑oriented with strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Motivated, resilient, target‑driven, and detail‑oriented.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage stock and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use a vehicle for work.
• No travel restrictions domestically or internationally.
• Male candidates must have completed mandatory military service.

Required skills

• Heating‑system knowledge and hands‑on experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer operations.
