Site Contract Administrator - Hod Maden Project

About the role

Artmin Madencilik, a subsidiary of Çalık Holding, is looking for an experienced Site Contract Administrator to join its Supply Chain team for the Hod Maden Project in Artvin. The role administers contracts with site contractors and subcontractors, ensures contractual compliance and coordinates with project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for site contractors and subcontractors, from preparation to close-out
• Monitor contractual compliance on site and intervene in case of deviations
• Track contractor performance against budget, schedule and quality targets
• Handle contract negotiations, revisions, breaches and disputes in coordination with the legal department
• Report contract performance and updates to the Supply Chain Manager
• Coordinate between the site contracts team and other project teams and ensure compliance with HSE and ISO 9001/14001/45001 requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in contract management and change management, including hands-on contractor and subcontractor management
• Strong ability to interpret legal and contractual texts
• Experience in mining, construction, energy or infrastructure projects is a plus
• Willingness to work on site in Artvin, with on-call availability when required

Required skills

• Good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• ERT systems material management module knowledge and experience (SAP MM modules mandatory)
• Primavera or MS Project is a plus
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills
